Crathornes in Canada

There don't seem to be any old records of Crathornes emigrating to Canada, but the new IGI has these:

Sarah Jane Craythorne, born to Edward Craythorne and Elizabeth Gray in Gretton, Northamptonshire in 1864 must have emigrated to Canada at some time in the 1880s, as she married Charles Gregory of Banbury, Oxfordshire in British Columbia on 30 July 1889.  Whether the two emigrated together - or any of her family emigrated too - is currently not known.

George Craythorne, born in 1839 in Cockerton, County Durham married Alice Anne in Darlington in the 1860s, with their one child George Allan born in July 1870.  It seems that Alice must have died, as George and his son emigrated to Canada at some time in the 1880s, with George senior marrying Elizabeth McBain in Dartmouth, Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1891, and his son George marrying Harriet C Morris of Middle Musquodoboit, Halifax, Nova Scotia on 4 July 1894.
